Our process
Three steps, no surprises, one permanent fix.
Quote
Fill out the enquiry form and we'll be in touch within a day or two to book a visit. Our owner inspects the damage on site and gives you an immediate, all-inclusive quote — with time to ask every question.
Repair
We expose and treat the damaged timber, then build a tailored restoration plan. Sills are realigned for weatherproofing, framework is rebuilt with marine ply in-lays, joints sealed, putty applied, and everything primed and undercoated.
Inspect
Every job finishes with a quality-control inspection. Your lead technician walks you through the workings of the restoration and doesn't leave until you're happy with the result.

Frequently asked questions
Does wood rot spread?+
Yes, and quickly. Depending on the timber and its exposure to sun, static water and rain, a window can go from repairable to unrepairable in a matter of months.
Is wood rot bad for your health?+
It can be. Airborne fungal spores can trigger shortness of breath, asthma and hay fever-like symptoms, and some fungi growing from rotted timber are genuinely hazardous.
What does wood rot look like?+
Early on it shows as cracking paint. The timber then softens to touch, and finally becomes crumbly and flaky — pulling apart with your fingers. It's usually darker and damper than healthy timber.
How quickly will my window be fixed?+
We'll confirm at the time of your quote, but most repairs take 1 - 4 days.
